Joshua is an audio engineer and filmmaker from Houston, Texas. He is a first semester guitar principle at Berklee College of Music and is planning on majoring in music production and engineering with an audio post-production minor. He has previously worked at SugarHill Recording Studios and Rockin’ Robin Guitars and Music in Houston and is currently doing sound work for films with his peers at Boston University. Joshua has also assisted on live sound for Vevo Original Content for artists such as A$AP Ferg, AJ, Mitchell, and Lennon Stella. He is also an avid rock and metal fan.

Josh, Kirsten, and Tre will be discussing different movies every week, both new and old. The show will be full of music that in one way or another, represents the films they are discussing. Join them for a cinematically good time in the journey of film analysis and appreciation.

Engineer of the Week is a show where Joshua will listen to music from select audio engineers and mixers and analyze recording and mixing techniques used on each track. Each week, Joshua will analyze a different engineer’s work. The show will occasionally feature guests from the audio engineering community within Berklee and even from the professional audio engineering community. Tune in on Sundays if you want to listen to amazing mixes from genres that span from rock to electronic and everywhere in-between, and if you want to learn about how these select albums were recorded and how they were mixed.
