Joshua Ben-Shoshan is an audio engineer and technical sound designer based in Boston, with over seven years of experience in recording, mixing, mastering, sound design, and interactive media. He has worked in both studio and live environments across Houston, Boston, New York, and Los Angeles, engineering for Vevo Studios on projects with artists such as Cypress Hill, Billy Idol, Tori Kelly, and Niall Horan.

Joshua began his career at SugarHill Recording Studios in Houston and went on to work with Lakewood Church, Atrium Audio, and Blackgum Media, collaborating with Grammy-nominated producers and bands including From Ashes to New and Shadow of Intent. His broadcast credits include live shoots for Vevo Originals, Amazon City Sessions, and more.

In recent years, Joshua has focused on technical sound design and interactive media, developing projects with Wwise, Unreal Engine, and Unity (VR). He is actively expanding his skills in C#, C++, and audio machine learning with Python and PyTorch, and is passionate about blending creative audio work with emerging technologies in gaming, XR, and immersive experiences.
